Questions, feedback, a calculation that looks wrong, or a privacy request — we read every message.
To help us answer quickly
- Calculation questions: include the birth date, time and place (or a backup file from Settings → Export) and what you expected to see.
- Problems with the app: tell us your device and browser, and what happened.
- Account and privacy requests: write from the email address of your account and start the subject with “Privacy”. You can also export or delete your data yourself on the Profile page in the app.
Please don’t send passwords or payment details by email — we will never ask for them.
